How do I place an inquiry?
We created an online catalogue for our customers.
Whenever you need, you can log in with your username and password, check the items you need, and send us inquiries directly from the online catalogue to our emails.
We will then evaluate the site and send you feedback about the prices.
First step
You need to register as a customer in the online catalogue database at the following link https://sourcing.tiroflx.com/login/.
Please fill in all the details and remember that your password must be strong and complicated.
Once you register, you will receive an email to approve your email address - please remember to check your spam box.
If you didn't receive an email, please contact us at marketing1@tiroflx.com.
Upon receiving your email approval, we will evaluate your request.
Your online catalog request may take up to a day to be approved due to the time difference between your country and China.
You can now start browsing the online catalogue.
How do I place an inquiry?
To place an inquiry in the online catalogue
Look here for the instructions.
Click here to go to our online inquiry page.
You will get to our Online Interactive Web Catalogue.
There you can browse the categories until you find the product you want.
Once on the product you want, click on Ask an Inquiry.
The product will appear in your shopping cart.
So you can continue browsing and adding more items.
Once you have finished browsing all the products you want to inquire about, go to the shopping cart and select the product from your list.
You'll see the product picture in the shopping cart, the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), a space to set the quantity of the product, and the requirement message you have.
Select the product you want to ask for and send&inquiry.
Once finished, you'll get a confirmation message.
We will send you the best price offer for the product and more product information according to your requirements. If needed, we may ask for further requirements in another email.
An online catalogue is a list of products we offer in our database.
If you haven't found the correct items, you can still search the item name in the search box.
